Support Students During 1DAY4DU!
Every May, the DU Community rallies together for a purpose: to strengthen the student experience, programs and mission of DU. From now until the big day, DU alumni, parents and friends can preview projects hosted by the Division of Student Affairs and Inclusive Excellence.

Center for Advocacy, Prevention and Education
The Center for Advocacy, Prevention, and Empowerment, or CAPE, provides free and confidential advocacy supports to student, staff, and faculty survivors of sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, and/or sexual harassment. We connect people to medical care or Sexual Assault Nurse Examinations (SANEs), explore and talk through reporting options, refer to counseling services, obtain academic accommodations, offer financial supports and more.
Collegiate Recovery Program
The Collegiate Recovery Program is dedicated to serving students in recovery from addiction and other processing disorders. Our goal is to provide training for selected CRP members to become certified Young Adult Peer Recovery Specialists, who would serve as ambassadors to new members from pre-orientation through their first year at DU and to provide an alternative recovery pathway for students not interested in a 12-step program.
DU Food Pantry
Donations to the DU Food Pantry go directly to the pantry budget which helps fund all operations of this essential service. While the pantry does appreciate all food donations, financial gifts support our weekly purchases of healthy shelf staples and fresh produce for our community while allowing us to pay our interns a living wage to keep the pantry in service for 16 hours per week.
Fraternity & Sorority Life Leadership
The FSL Leadership Fund supports members in personal, professional, and 4-Dimensional growth. By generously giving to this fund, you will support the brothers and sisters of DU’s vibrant fraternity and sorority community and their growth as smart, courageous leaders who uphold our collective values and make the changes needed to better our world.
Learning Effectiveness Program – 40th Anniversary
Promote a more diverse and accessible DU! The Learning Effectiveness Program provides outreach and support to neurodivergent students in their work with faculty, staff and DU systems. With your generous support, students will have greater access to our programs through scholarships, faculty will learn to implement Universal Design for Learning in support of their neurodivergent populations, and students will have more inclusive experiences throughout campus.
LGBTQ+ Pride Student Support
Navigating college can be especially challenging for LGBTQ+ students. With your support, we’ll help alleviate some of the stress and anxiety that comes with entering a new environment. The inaugural DU LGBTQ+ Student Pre-Orientation will provide incoming first-year LGBTQ+ students with a free residential community-building experience prior to the general Discoveries Orientation attended by all new DU students.
